Waste Wood Recycling

This picture is of wood that we have sorted ready for recycling, but. not all wood is acceptable. Suitable materials are:  Pallets, Packing Cases, Potato Crates, and all clean wood. Painted wood must not exceed 1%

Materials such as Hardboard, MDF, Laminated Wood,  Melamine & Formica Faced Sheet Material and all wood treated with Creosote & Tanalith are unsuitable for recycling for chipboard Manufacture

This is the finished product. It has gone through a Hammel Slow speed Shreader before going through a Willibald High Speed Shreader  then has the metal removed before going over a 50mm screen   and a 3mm screen so as to remove all oversize and fines before being ready for transport in our own lorries to factories around the country for the making of chipboard.
